  3. Power On & Select Intensity: use the control panel to choose your light colour and intensity level.
  4. Relax & Rejuvenate: remain under the mat for 15–30 minutes depending on your skin goals. The mat is waterproof and hands-free for effortless, full-body therapy. Use glasses as needed.

    Muscle Recovery + Skin Benefits
