HOW TO USE
  • Attach the mask as per the instructions provided.
  • Ensure your face and hands are clean and dry.
  • Adjust the mask’s straps to secure a comfortable fit.
  • Relax in a seated or lying position with the mask applied.
  • Utilise the controller to adjust the light colour, intensity (brightness), and mode (blinking or steady light).
  • After treatment, apply your preferred skincare serum or cream to maximise absorption and benefits from the phototherapy.
  • Integrate this treatment into your skincare routine, using the mask for 15 minutes per session, 3-4 times a week.
  • Once you observe visible improvements, reduce the frequency to 1-2 sessions per week.
