Do you accept returns?

The Skincare Tools does not accept returns or refunds for used or opened products. However if the product is faulty, does not work or does not appear as it should, then a refund or replacement will occur only if the product was purchased from our website.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased from our website only. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of purchase and we'll refund you. The product & packaging must be in new condition. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges.

Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. We do not cover or refund shipping costs.

Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.

If you have purchased The Skincare Tools product from a retailer you will need to contact the retailer directly for their returns policy. Your purchase will not be covered in our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
