REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from The Skincare Tools and wish to exchange or return the product to us, you can send your return request by contacting us at support@theskincaretools.com to initiate the exchange or return your order. 

Once your order is considered eligible and is accepted for exchange or return, we will initiate the exchange or refund procedure, respectively.

Please note that once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Your return or exchange is eligible within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return for faulty or damaged products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase to claim the return.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS/ITEMS

If, in case, you find your product in a damaged or defective state, please get in touch with us immediately by emailing us at support@theskincaretools.com and share with us the required details and product images within 14 days of receiving the order, where our customer support will assist you further for evaluation.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your bank account.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
