Refund Policy

At The Skincare Tools, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us at info@theskincaretools.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info@theskincaretools.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description of the issue to assist with evaluation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
