1. Prepare Your Skin
   Begin with freshly cleansed, dry skin. Apply a few drops of your preferred facial oil or serum to create a smooth surface, allowing the device to glide comfortably and enhance product absorption.
2. Activate the Device
   Press the power button to turn on the Tightening Tool. Use the “LEV” button to adjust between three intensity levels, and the “LED” button to select your preferred light therapy mode depending on your skin needs.
3. Begin the Massage
   Hold the device against your skin and gently glide it in slow, upward and outward motions—working with the natural contours of your face and body. This technique sculpts, lifts, and supports healthy circulation while deeply infusing active ingredients.
4. Focus on Target Areas
   Pay extra attention to key zones such as the jawline, cheekbones, forehead, and neck. For body use, treat areas like the shoulders, arms, abdomen, knees, and legs. Apply light to moderate pressure and repeat strokes 3–5 times for best results.
5. Finish & Maintain
   To end your session, press and hold the power button to switch off. Wipe the device clean with a soft cloth and store in a dry, cool place.
