1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality control, and packaging. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email will follow with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship to Australia, Asia/Oceania, North America, and Europe. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch:

3. Shipping Costs

Australia
• Orders over $120 AUD: Free Standard Shipping
• Orders under $120 AUD: $10 Standard / $15 Express

Asia/Oceania
• Orders over $200 AUD: Free Standard Shipping
• Orders under $200 AUD: $20 Standard / Express: Contact us

North America
• Orders over $250 AUD: Free Standard Shipping
• Orders under $250 AUD: $15 Standard / Express: Contact us

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.


5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.
