Treatment Protocols

  • Cryo Use: Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 10–15 minutes prior to application. Apply for 10–20 minutes to reduce puffiness, calm inflammation, and refresh the complexion.
  • Thermo Use: Microwave for 10 seconds only (not exceeding 80°C). If further warmth is needed, heat in 5-second intervals, testing on the inside of the wrist before applying to the face. Apply for 10–20 minutes to stimulate circulation, open pores, and enhance absorption of topical products.
  • Routine Integration: Ideal for morning rituals, post-exercise recovery, or evening relaxation after prolonged screen exposure.

HOW TO USE
  1. Prep the Skin
    Begin with a thoroughly cleansed and dry face.
  2. Choose Your Treatment
    – For a cooling effect, place the mask in the fridge or freezer until chilled to your preference.
    – For a warming effect, microwave the mask for 10–20 seconds, ensuring it’s comfortably warm to the touch.
  3. Apply the Mask
    Position the mask comfortably over your face and secure it using the velcro strap behind your head.
  4. Relax & Rejuvenate
    Leave on for 10–20 minutes, allowing the mask to work its magic. Use as needed to refresh, calm, or revitalise your skin.

    Sunday self-care routine

    I’ve made this mask part of my Sunday self-care routine, and it’s honestly one of the most relaxing products I own.
