STEP 2: LIFT + SCULPT

Follow with the 5-in-1 Face Pilates Wand.

Attach the Pilates Lymphatic Drainage Head and apply your preferred serum or facial oil. Beginning at the neck, glide along the jawline, cheeks, forehead and temples using slow upward and outward movements. Pilates-Style Rotational Massage, Vibration Therapy and Thermal Therapy work together to support lymphatic drainage, reduce the appearance of puffiness, stimulate healthy-looking circulation and visibly lift and contour the face.

For a more complete treatment, use one of the cleansing attachments before your LED session to deeply cleanse the skin and finish with the Thermal Therapy Pad to support skincare absorption.
