1. Cleanse the Skin: begin with freshly cleansed, dry skin
2. Fit the Mask: position the mask comfortably over the face. The 4D sculptural design will contour naturally to your facial structure for optimal LED contact.
3. Power On & Select Mode: use the wireless remote fitted to the side of the mask to turn on the device and select your preferred light settings and three intensity levels.
4. Relax for 10 Minutes: let the device work while you remain seated or lying down. The cordless design allows for complete freedom of movement during treatment.
5. Remove & Continue Routine: after 10 minutes, power off the device and follow with your usual skincare—moisturiser, SPF, or night treatment.
6. Clean After Use: Wipe the device clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Recommended Use: use 3–5 times per week, or daily for accelerated results. Safe for all skin types.

• Begin with red or near-infrared and finish with calming blue or purple light to balance stimulation with skin soothing.
• Gently exfoliate skin 1–2 times per week to remove dead skin cells and allow the LED wavelengths to penetrate more efficiently.
